Regional Business Development Manager

Sika is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the challenge of driving growth and profitability in the Malaysian market. As Head of Building System, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of building systems initiatives throughout Malaysia.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define key strategies with the General Manager to achieve country growth targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prepare technical proposals
- Develop plans of activities to ensure maximum potential realization
- Coordinate the code 1 approval procedure for each product together with the sales team

Your Expertise - Our Strength:
This role requires a degree in any discipline, preferably an Engineering degree, along with a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar industry. A strong understanding of the overall product range of a construction chemical supplier is essential, as well as excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications. Strong organisational, communication, inter-personal, leadership, and management skills are also necessary.
Requirements:
