Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Customer Acquisition and Retention to drive customer awareness, lead generation, and conversion in support of the growth of our new business offering in Singapore. This role will report to and work closely with the Head of Online, playing a pivotal part in launching and scaling our innovative consumer offering, optimizing the customer experience journey (CEJ), and ensuring strong digital marketing execution to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build awareness and drive customer engagement for our new business model.
  • Lead customer acquisition and digital performance marketing efforts across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic advertising, CRM, and retargeting.
  • Work closely with UX/UI and product teams to enhance the digital experience, ensuring a seamless path to purchase.
  • Create and manage lead generation strategies, leveraging data analytics to increase conversion and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance marketing, ideally in the eCommerce, or digital marketing industry.
