Job Summary

The Training Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records in the Agile System database. This role also assists the Trainer in developing Line training programs and capturing employee training attendance.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Preparation of Training Log for training attendance evidence
  2. Creation and maintenance of Master Data
  3. Filing of Training Logs/Records
  4. Uploading scanned records to Compliance Training Team
  5. Follow-up on Training Assignments
  6. Documentation and report generation
  7. Verification of WI/MAP/SOP updates
  8. Assistance with HRDF application/registration/claiming process
  9. Support in preparing Audit documentation requirements
  10. Collaboration with Trainer in Training Program Development
  11. Interaction with Department for related Training assignments or documentation
  12. Assistance during Training and/or at Line production as needed
  13. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies, best practices, and enhance own knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality Training demand
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1-2 years in Training or related experience
  2. Basic English proficiency
  3. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be self-motivated and proactive
  4. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards (an added advantage)
  5. Effective communication and presentation skills to assist Trainer in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions
  6. Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple training records and programs simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  2. Experience with Web system Training Application
  3. Knowledge of Record Keeping System
  4. Familiarization with Local HRDF system
Education
  1. High School/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or any other relevant certificate that may be considered in lieu of a Dip/Degree
  2. Related experiences in Training

This position primarily works in an office environment, requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing devices is required. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
