The Sales and Distribution team is responsible for supporting our entities in growing their businesses by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in facilitating sales and quotation requests between internal and external stakeholders for all lines of business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating sales and quotation requests between internal and external stakeholders to support the generation of business and periodic follow-up on quotations with agents;
  2. Facilitating quote secured and reconciliation of businesses from various agents with internal stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance;
  3. Providing end-to-end business results which includes but is not limited to pre and post servicing support to agents, e.g. portal guidance, general and claims queries as well as GI Agents registration.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in MS Office and MS Excel, technologically proficient, and have a good understanding of Risk Management. Certified in BCP, PGI, HI and Comm GI is also desirable. A degree qualification is preferred, along with analytical and presentation skills, negotiation and agency management skills, and an understanding of agency management and framework.
