Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record of sales targets, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, strong analytical capabilities, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue growth by achieving sales targets.
- Create new business opportunities through effective lead generation and closure.
- Become a liaison between the organization and clients, fostering integrated networks within the industry.
- Develop and manage leads, converting them into successful pipelines and key account management.
- Support client onboarding, ensuring seamless alignment between delivery teams and project managers.
- Expand existing client relationships through targeted lobbying efforts.
- Establish connections with marketing, brand managers, and IT managers from various companies.
- Manage responses to RFPs, RFQs, and proposal creation.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT, Media, or Digital industry.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excel in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
- Show ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel as required.
