Key Account Relationship Manager

About the Team:
GrabFood is the fastest-growing startup within Grab, rapidly expanding its presence in the region's food delivery market. As a Key Account Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to conquering this trillion-dollar market.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to increase profitability and revenue.
- Liaise with merchants to develop strategic partnerships, execute promotions, and introduce new products/features.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize merchant performance.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and develop strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
- Drive growth by measuring key account performance metrics, such as deliveries and gross merchandise value (GMV).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and support to merchants.
- Prioritize operational excellence through close collaboration with merchants and operations teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed as a Key Account Executive, you should possess:
- A recognized Bachelor's Degree in any field or a Diploma in Business/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar role.
- Experience in the F&B industry, preferably with knowledge of the Grab ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to engage with prospects and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to integrate business strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex deals and collaborate across internal and external organizations.
