Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at PC Group, a leading Process Control Instrumentation company with over 35 years of experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing excellent business relationships with both new and existing clients via constant professional engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Understand products and be able to do presentations to clients.
- Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients when needed.
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
- Analyses trends, data, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
- Responsible for executing project implementation in accordance with agreed customer requirements and always referring to the established ISO 9001 Quality Manual, Procedures Manuals, and Work Instruction Manuals.

We are a SIEMENS certified Process Instrument distributor, representing many leading global manufacturers including Neles, Precision Digital, Chino, Stafsjo, Valmet Automation, Conflow and Teledyne Instruments, Moore Industries, MSA and Temperature Control.

We expanded our business to meet the engineering needs of the northern & east coast region of Malaysia.
Salary and BenefitsRM80,000 - RM120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation leave, and career development opportunities.
