As a Product Specialist (Hybrid), you will have the opportunity to drive commercial success and shape business goals. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in execution and deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • You will represent GSK in identifying targeted patients and products through engagement with healthcare professionals, aligning with our value and expectations.
  • To expand reach and access by introducing GSK's range of products to appropriate patients through targeted HCPs.
  • You will establish segmentation and targeting strategies to explore new opportunities and align GSK's products with the right patients.
  • Achieve Good Selling Outcome (GSO) to deliver on sales expectations.
  • Drive strategic approaches aligned with Brand Strategy via Territory Business Planning with clear Plans of Action.
  • Plan and execute Rep-led activities such as Webinars and Group Doctors Meetings.
  • Be proficient in scientific knowledge selling of GSK products.
  • Achieve set sales targets and SFI KPIs quarterly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Product Management, Customer Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of pharma marketing in Specialties therapeutics lines.
  • Experience in Omnichannel Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns.
