Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our sales team at Southlinks Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd. This role involves handling software sales inquiries, engaging in outbound sales activities, and collaborating with management to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle software sales inquiries and proactively engage in outbound sales efforts to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from lead generation lists to discuss business solutions and promote our software offerings.
  • Demonstrate software solutions to potential customers, prepare quotations, and follow up with analytical reports to ensure timely delivery of software, hardware, and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high-quality after-sales service and providing basic training and guidance to end-users when required.
  • Work closely with management on sales strategies, goal setting, and business development plans to drive innovation and business success.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are required.
  • Outspoken, confident, and passionate about IT software and its role in improving business processes is necessary.
  • Comfortable in talking to new people or meeting new clients is essential.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across sales, finance, and technical departments are required.
