We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Sales professional to join our team at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in trade finance products.
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients to understand their trade-related requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to explore business opportunities and identify potential customers for marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through tele-marketing and/or site visits.
  • Review trade finance reports to identify customers who can benefit from additional trade limit utilizations or non-trade financing products.
  • Develop and maintain a database of competitor's offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with Trade Operations to ensure high-quality customer service levels are maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service culture.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • At least 5 years' experience in trade sales and business development, preferably in corporate/commercial banking.
