Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team at Touch 'n Go Group. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our merchants while meeting specific quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming merchant requests quickly, proficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve customer support issues related to billing, account management, and troubleshooting in accordance with the SOP.
  • Adhere to published SLAs as it relates to review and proper escalation of tickets based on severity of tickets and priority level.
  • Thoroughly document work using call ticketing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
  • Detail oriented, must be proficient in English and Malay languages.
  • Able to work effectively both as part of a team or as an individual.
