About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Development Manager to join our team at Affingroup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in the Bukit Damansara market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective relationship management, client acquisition, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new HNWIs, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Invikta/Diventium clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to effectively penetrate the Bukit Damansara market, building a presence in affluent communities.
  • Performance and Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable business growth by meeting acquisition targets and contributing to the branch's overall revenue objectives.
