We are seeking a Company Secretarial Services Specialist to join our team at 1company in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in handling the new formation of business/companies, preparing board resolutions and minutes, and handling routine company secretarial work.

You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients on standard compliance matters, maintaining statutory records, and lodging statutory documents to relevant authorities. In addition, you will advise clients on compliance issues related to board meetings, AGMs, and other statutory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of board resolutions and minutes
  • Handling routine company secretarial work
  • Communication with clients on compliance matters
  • Maintenance of statutory records and lodgment of documents
  • Advice on compliance issues related to board meetings and AGMs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration/Business Administration or equivalent, as well as minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with additional language skills being advantageous.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in using Superior ComSec and willingness to travel as required.
