Sales and Business Development Manager

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth across the Southeast Asia region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that promote our industrial chemical products within this key market.
We are looking for someone who can identify and develop strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring retention and revenue opportunities for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales strategies to promote our industrial chemical products within Southeast Asia
- Identifying key decision makers and building strong relationships to support retention and revenue opportunities
- Regularly meeting customers to understand their needs and propose suitable products
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the internal production team and customers
- Resolving customer issues when necessary
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong sales and business development experience within the industrial chemical sector
- A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering would be highly advantageous
- Export sales or regional business development experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
