Penyusunan Kontrak Pekerjaan:

Menyediakan dan menguruskan dokumen kontrak pekerja baru, termasuk memastikan semua dokumen yang diperlukan lengkap dan sah.
Pengurusan Rekod Pekerja:

Menyimpan dan mengemas kini rekod pekerja, termasuk maklumat peribadi, kelayakan, dan sejarah pekerjaan.
Penyusunan Gaji dan Faedah:

Membantu dalam penyediaan jadual pembayaran gaji bulanan, pengiraan elaun dan faedah pekerja.
Latihan dan Pembangunan:

Menyokong dalam pelaksanaan program latihan dan pembangunan untuk pekerja baru dan sedia ada.
Pematuhan Peraturan Pekerjaan:

Memastikan semua aktiviti HR mematuhi undang-undang buruh dan peraturan yang relevan dengan amalan terbaik.
Menyelesaikan Isu Pekerja:

Membantu dalam penyelesaian isu atau aduan pekerja serta berkomunikasi dengan pihak yang berkaitan untuk mencari penyelesaian yang adil.
Pengurusan Kehadiran dan Cuti:

Memantau kehadiran pekerja dan menguruskan permohonan cuti serta memastikan rekod yang tepat untuk setiap pekerja.
Penilaian Prestasi Pekerja:

Membantu dalam proses penilaian prestasi pekerja dan menyediakan laporan berkaitan perkembangan pekerja.
Aktiviti Pembangunan Organisasi:

Menyokong aktiviti penglibatan pekerja, seperti perayaan atau acara sosial yang dianjurkan oleh syarikat.
