Administrative Assistant

**Administrative Duties**
- Manage documentation such as staff attendance, leave record and HR files.
- Organize and maintain restaurant licenses, contracts and compliance-related documents.
**Accounting Duties**
- Prepare daily sales summaries, reconcile POS reports and track cash QR and card transactions.
- Record and process vendor invoices, petty cash expenses and staff claims.
- Support monthly closing processes and assist in generating financial reports.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors or tax agents when required.
**Inventory & Vendor Support**
- Monitor and record stock levels for restaurant supplies.
- Assist in procurement activities and follow up with suppliers on delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain and update vendor contact lists, price lists and contract records.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong mathematical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance documentation is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
