Simplexify Consulting is a boutique consultancy specialising in infrastructure advisory, business analytics, and management consultancy.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be working to support the team on administrative matters. The duties include:

- **Administrative**:

- Respond to enquiries and messages
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Research and book travel arrangements
- **Finance**:

- Prepare invoices, and regularly scheduled reports
- Check and reconcile expense reports submitted
- **Documentation**:

- Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical
- Prepare, maintain and manage administrative documents
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Other duties that may be required
- Able to keep yourself and others organised and prioritise tasks in a given list.
- Able to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

COVID-19 considerations:
We are generally flexible in schedule. There is currently ability to work at home about 20% of the time. Nevertheless, we may need to meet clients face-to-face.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
