Roles & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support Manage the founder’s calendar: schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
Assist in document drafting, filing, and maintaining records (both physical and digital).
- Operations & Coordination Support day-to-day operations of the vertical farm, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication between the founder, staff, suppliers, and partners.
Help in tracking procurement, supply deliveries, and basic inventory documentation.
Monitor and follow up on project deadlines, tasks, and progress reports.
- Office & Resource Management Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and administrative systems.
Handle petty cash claims, reimbursements, and simple bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinate logistics for events, farm visits, or investor meetings.
- Research & Reporting Conduct basic research on suppliers, vendors, or new opportunities in sustainable agriculture.
Prepare simple reports, presentations, and updates as required by the founder.
Assist in maintaining performance data, production logs, or customer engagement records.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and founder-related information.
Uphold professionalism in communication with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Represent the founder in a positive, organized, and reliable manner.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
