**About the Role**:
The primary duties include providing Legal Team members with direct assistance in contract review and drafting including but not limited to preparing executive summary, execution and filing, document control, maintenance and up keep of legal files, folders and secretarial records, organizing and maintaining all legal documents kept on-site, scheduling meetings and appointments, processing of invoices etc.
- Contract review, drafting and preparing contract summary.
- Ability to draft contracts, standard correspondence, memoranda and other documents.
- Regularly and accurately proofreads all documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to distribution or filing.
- Document Control, maintenance and up keep of legal files, folders and company secretarial records.
- Develop and maintains filling and retrieval system, as well as digital achieve systems
- Timely review and ensure accuracy of legal invoices and processing.
- Assist and support legal counsels with their work as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field / minimum of 3 years' exposure to some forms of legal training and background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferably working in legal department/law firm.
- Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills for English and Malay.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- An eye for details, excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Skilled with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
