Lead Regional Growth & Partnerships | Flexible Hybrid Role | Career Progression

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Executive to expand our client base, secure sponsorships and media partnerships, and build regional reseller networks across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to effectively engage with mandarin speaking clients and partners._
- **What You’ll Do**_

**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
- Present tailored solutions and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns and exploring upsell opportunities.

**Sponsorship & Media Partnerships**
- Develop compelling sponsorship packages and sell advertising slots, including branded content.
- Build strong relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate sponsors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and secure profitable agreements.

**Project & Partnership Management**
- Find, recruit and manage resellers, agents and channel partners across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
- Maintain strong relationships through regular engagement and entertainment sessions to strengthen commercial ties.
- Support resellers with marketing materials, product info, and sales help.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and events teams to assist partners.
- Track reseller performance and suggest ways to improve sales.
- Focus on growing partnerships both locally and in nearby markets

**Market Expansion**
- Plan and execute entry strategies for Southeast Asia.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of local market teams.
- Travel regionally 1-2 times per month to meet partners and support sales initiatives.
- **What We’re Looking For**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sponsorship/media sales, or advertising partnerships.
- Proven track record in securing sponsorships, partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
- Strong strategic thinker who can also execute tactically to deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Established network in advertising agencies, corporate sponsors, or media is a plus.
