*Follow up pending tasks and update status.
*To monitor the deadline and arrange the schedule (Exp: Puspakom, road tax insurance, quit rent and assessment)
*To handle daily administrative duties and any other supporting tasks assigned.
*Preparing, monitoring and tracking the HR and admin documentation. (Memo, punch card, KPI report, allowance report)
*Assist in arrangement of HR matters
*To coordinate with department head about the HR issues and report to superior
**Requirements**:
*SPM & Above
*Ability to communicate in English,Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin
*Good interpersonal Skill-Able to work well in a team.
*Hardworking,punctual,committed and good discipline.
*Computer literate.
*Willing to learn and committed to work.
*Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
