_**Requirements**_
- Able to communication and write English & Bahasa Malaysia_
- Being fluent in other additional is an added advantage_
- Preferably Chinese_
- Certificate/Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent_
- At least 2 - 5 years and above working experience in construction site_
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines._
- Ability to use or learn Computer programs/systems - Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and AutoCAD_
- **Job description**_
- Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claim, etc._
- Prepare monthly report, project budget and cash flow projection_
- Prepare/verify payment certificates and finalize final account of projects_
- Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary_
- Arrange monthly payment Certificate and pay Subcontractors_
- Prepare for monthly contractual claims to Client / Consultants_
- Monitor and attend site evaluation with Consultants and Certificate_
- Prepare Bill of quantities for Variation Order, submit for approval_
- Prepare for contractual final claims to Client / Consultants_
- Monitor materials usage and wastages_
- To prepare tender document and all relevant document_
- To undertake other related job from time to time as directed_

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
