Quantity Surveyor
- Manage all QS activities before and after contracts, including estimation, quantity take-offs, and claim preparation.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, ensuring work is certified accurately and on time by the client/main contractor.
- Track and record all variation orders, ensuring they are claimed properly.
- Review contract documents and Prepare Work Orders and Letter of Award for Sub-Contractor
- Verify and process progress claims and variation orders from sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring payments are in line with contract terms.
- Handle other related duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years in a relevant field and familiar to construction project.
- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or related disciplines.
- **Languages**: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, measurement, understanding construction drawings, and handling site management issues.
- **Work Ethic**: Committed, with a willingness to put in extra hours when needed.
- **Personality**: Friendly, sociable, and easy-going, with a relaxed approach to teamwork

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
