**Qualification**:
1) MALE/ FEMALE 20-30 Years Old.
2) Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
3) Can work under pressure & independence.
4) Expert in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

1) Cost estimating, cost planning.
2) Preparation of bills of quantities & tender documents.
3) Perform cost reporting and tracking of ongoing jobs.
4) Attend all client and consultant meetings and site meetings.
5) Perform site valuation for interim payment & final accounts.
6) To check and evaluate Subcontractor’s progress claims, Supplier’s bills and recommend for payment.
7) Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, etc.
8) Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per project requirements.
