**区域海外人力资源经理（中国跨国企业）**

**工作地点：吉隆坡**

**学历要求：**
本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或其他相关专业优先。

**工作经验：**
具有 5-8 年人力资源工作经验，其中不少于 3 年海外人力资源管理经验，或在跨国公司人力资源核心岗位的经历。有中国跨国企业背景者优先考虑。

**语言能力：**
中英文听、说、读、写流利。

**专业知识：**
全面掌握人力资源各模块；熟悉主要国家的劳动法律法规、社会保障政策及人力资源实务；具备扎实的合规管理能力。

**技能要求：**
具备卓越的沟通与协调能力、跨文化团队管理能力，以及较强的问题解决和项目执行能力；熟练掌握办公软件及人力资源管理系统。

**个人素质：**
责任心强、具备良好的职业操守和抗压能力；能够适应海外出差或长期驻外工作；高度的保密意识，并认同公司文化与价值观。

**其他条件：**
曾在中国留学，或持有人力资源国际认证（如 SHRM-CP/SCP、HRCI 等）者优先。

岗位职责
- 全面负责海外人力资源管理工作，包括招聘、薪酬与福利设计、绩效体系建设、员工关系、培训与发展，确保制度合法合规并与公司战略保持一致。
- 设计并执行海外员工薪酬福利方案；定期进行薪酬调研，确保薪酬政策符合市场水平及公司规定。
- 建立和优化海外人力资源管理制度与流程，在总部标准与当地文化之间取得平衡，提升管理效率。
- 根据海外业务发展需要，制定并落实本地化人力资源规划，支持人才储备和继任计划。
- 与业务部门共同推进海外核心岗位招聘，拓展招聘渠道，建设人才储备库，确保关键人才按时到岗。
- 搭建并推行有效的绩效管理体系，指导各部门目标设定、跟踪与评估，持续提升团队绩效。
- 管理海外员工关系，包括合同签订、沟通交流、劳动争议处理及文化融合，营造积极的工作氛围。
- 组织实施各国培训与发展计划，根据业务与员工需求制定培训方案，提升专业技能与综合素质。
- 定期向总部提交海外人力资源情况报告，包括人力结构、薪酬数据及绩效结果，为管理决策提供依据。
- 持续跟踪海外各国劳动法规与人力资源政策的变化，及时调整战略与制度，确保合规运营。

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
