**区域海外人力资源经理(中国跨国企业)**

**工作地点:吉隆坡**

**学历要求:**
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或其他相关专业优先。

**工作经验:**
具有 5-8 年人力资源工作经验,其中不少于 3 年海外人力资源管理经验,或在跨国公司人力资源核心岗位的经历。有中国跨国企业背景者优先考虑。

**语言能力:**
中英文听、说、读、写流利。

**专业知识:**
全面掌握人力资源各模块;熟悉主要国家的劳动法律法规、社会保障政策及人力资源实务;具备扎实的合规管理能力。

**技能要求:**
具备卓越的沟通与协调能力、跨文化团队管理能力,以及较强的问题解决和项目执行能力;熟练掌握办公软件及人力资源管理系统。

**个人素质:**
责任心强、具备良好的职业操守和抗压能力;能够适应海外出差或长期驻外工作;高度的保密意识,并认同公司文化与价值观。

**其他条件:**
曾在中国留学,或持有人力资源国际认证(如 SHRM-CP/SCP、HRCI 等)者优先。

岗位职责
- 全面负责海外人力资源管理工作,包括招聘、薪酬与福利设计、绩效体系建设、员工关系、培训与发展,确保制度合法合规并与公司战略保持一致。
- 设计并执行海外员工薪酬福利方案;定期进行薪酬调研,确保薪酬政策符合市场水平及公司规定。
- 建立和优化海外人力资源管理制度与流程,在总部标准与当地文化之间取得平衡,提升管理效率。
- 根据海外业务发展需要,制定并落实本地化人力资源规划,支持人才储备和继任计划。
- 与业务部门共同推进海外核心岗位招聘,拓展招聘渠道,建设人才储备库,确保关键人才按时到岗。
- 搭建并推行有效的绩效管理体系,指导各部门目标设定、跟踪与评估,持续提升团队绩效。
- 管理海外员工关系,包括合同签订、沟通交流、劳动争议处理及文化融合,营造积极的工作氛围。
- 组织实施各国培训与发展计划,根据业务与员工需求制定培训方案,提升专业技能与综合素质。
- 定期向总部提交海外人力资源情况报告,包括人力结构、薪酬数据及绩效结果,为管理决策提供依据。
- 持续跟踪海外各国劳动法规与人力资源政策的变化,及时调整战略与制度,确保合规运营。

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
