The **Customer Service Assistant or Executive ** are working as Front Line or Back End in Courier Service. He/ She is also to work closely with Operations and Sales departments to provide consistent customer service information towards customers’ enquiries and complaints.

**Key Activities/Accountabilities**
- Enter customers’ shipment booking into the system and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry
- Work with Operations to provide status updates to customers on their shipment inquiries or complaints
- Follow-up with agents for shipment status updates on a daily basis
- Follow-up on all local outstanding undelivered consignments (Undel) and arrange for redelivery with the consignee
- Prepare KPI report for submission to customers as and when required
- Work with other functions to improve customer experience
- All other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Diploma in any field
- **Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.**

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
