**Objective**:
This role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of data analysts and work force executive to forecast and generate insights and drive data-based decision making. This person will conduct analytical and statistical analysis of large data sets, identify trends, develop and deliver reports, and provide recommendations for operational and business improvement.
- Lead a team of analysts and mentor them to enhance their analytical capabilities and drive data-driven innovation throughout the organization.
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze business and team performance, derive business insights and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and uplift operational efficiency.
- Develop processes and metrics to measure customer satisfaction and track operating performance.
- Identify pain points and opportunities in product features by working with internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate a data-driven culture, design analysis framework, provide training and education, and establish best practices in data-driven decision making.
- Explore and offer creative solution to Workforce Management business needs
- Weekly forecasts of key call center metrics (volume, ACHT, shrinkage); analyze data and adjust accordingly.
- Analyzes and evaluates contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, and contact center productivities and identifies unexpected absences, deviations from schedules, and other operational disruptions
- Evaluates results of forecasted contact center workload to build resourcing and scheduling plans to meet business objectives
- Assists in developing policies and procedures for the workforce management unit.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative analysis, statistics, business administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of strategy consulting, business intelligence/analytics, category/brand management, product management, sales operations/operations, or market/user research. Work experience in startups, e-commerce, OTAs or tech companies is highly preferred. Exposure to Customer Support functions is a MUST.
- Robust analytical abilities, capable of offering valuable insights is a MUST and directing stakeholders on the correct methods for evaluating data, rather than solely producing reports and constructing dashboards.
- Proficient in project management, adept at setting priorities and handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience in programming or analytic tools. Familiar with data visualization tools.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and taking initiative.
- Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent understanding of reporting automation.
- Knowledge of robotics processes automation is a plus.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
