Admin & Accounts Receivable (Ar) Assistant

**Job Scope**:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) processes: monitor payments, follow up with customers, and issue receipts
- Help prepare basic reports and assist with month-end closing
- Coordinate with internal departments (billing, operations) for document flow
- Maintain proper records of invoices, DOs, and statements
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Admin or Finance Manager
**Requirements**:
- No experience needed - training will be provided
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Responsible, willing to learn, and a team player
- Good communication and time management skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
