Overseers of the human resources department and insurers of the functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team.

Providing consultation on strategic planning with top executives to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.

Handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.

Enforces management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Experienced in managing the entire spectrum of HR.

Develop and engaged in periodic review of HR policies and Practices at least once a year.

Assist to develop HR Strategies on orientation, recruitment, staff retention, Overtime Policy and etc.

Ensure all operational policies and procedures are in accordance with the relevant laws and statutory requirement and regulations skills.

Involved in the continuous updated employment terms and sources of labour supply and develop a recruitment strategy to ensure availability of cost effective foreign workers in meeting the company man power needs.

**Requirements**:
At least 9 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resource.

Language required
- Spoken and written English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

Required Skills: HRIS, Compensation & Benefits,Recruitment, Foreign Workers Management, Learning and Development, IR & ER,Microsoft Office.

Willing to work in Serdang Seri Kembangan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
