We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **HR Manager** to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources in a fast-paced event industry environment. This role covers strategic planning and hands-on HR management, ensuring that our people strategies align with business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Staffing** - Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning to support organizational needs.
- **Employee Relations** - Act as the first point of contact for staff issues, foster a positive culture, and handle grievances or disciplinary matters in line with Malaysian employment law.
- **Payroll & Compensation** - Oversee monthly payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality. Manage salary structures, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MTD).
- **Performance Management** - Oversee appraisal systems, support managers with KPIs, and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- **Training & Development** - Identify training needs, design development programs, and monitor effectiveness to support employee growth.
- **Compensation & Benefits** - Manage payroll, salary structures, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), while reviewing benefits to remain competitive.
- **Policy & Compliance** - Develop and update HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws.
- **Strategic HR Planning** - Partner with management on workforce planning, provide HR analytics, and drive organizational development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
