HR & Account Assistant

**1. HR DEPARTMENT**
- Familiar with Labour Law
- Execute/Participate in whole process of recruiting new employees (Example: Arrange Job Posting, Arrange/Attend Interview session after boss approval, Briefing of HR Policies, Register thumbprint for new employee, update need staff detail & etc...)
- Complete Daily Report (Example: Checking & update attendance record every day, Prepare Schedule Saturday, Verify & Key in Leave Form to System, Key In data Into System & etc )
- Arrange Verbal Warning & Warning Letter to Problem Employee
- Responsible for the whole process of foreigner worker permit renewal
- Responsible for the whole process of foreigner worker passport renewal
- Responsible for the whole process of employee resignation (Example: Arrangement of Exit Interview / Handover Session, submit which employee resignation to HOD get approval)
- Contact Government Department to solve some employee problem.
- Responsible for arrange tenancy agreement renewal
- Resposible for the whole process of Foreigner Worker go back Nepal/Myanmar.
**2. Account Department**
- To perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties
- Arrange & Manage Payment in a Timely Manner
- Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
- Manage customers and suppliers billing
- Salary will based on experience**_
- Working Day (Monday to Friday, Alternate of Saturday)**_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
