**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily office documentation, including receiving, preparing, and distributing documents.
- Perform accurate and systematic filing of all physical and digital records.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing documents based on categories, departments, or priority.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., photocopying, scanning, data entry, stationery management).
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation systems and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely flow of documents and information.
- Support in scheduling meetings and managing office calendars when needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation and filing standards.
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an admin or clerk role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Mount Austin
- Working Hours: 5 days, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Salary: Up to RM2k
- Contract period: 3 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
