Office Administrator Assistant

Assist with the daily tasks administrative of the office, ensuring all tasks completed on time and efficiently.
- In-charge of all licenses eg. Cukai tanah, Cukai harta, registration with government bodies and bank guarantee renewal.
- Handle office administration duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, etc.
- Responsible to arrange the purchase insurance and renew road tax of Company Motor Vehicle.
- Coordinate with office administration duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, etc.
- Assist in preparing document, reports, memos, and presentations as required.
- Handle filing and ensure all related documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by superior or HOD.
Job Requirement:
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Computer literate
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal & written communications skills.
- Able to multi-tasking.
Working days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (alternate shift)
