Employee Relations Advisor

Role synopsis
The Employee Relations Advisor support to Line Managers focused on Employee Relations (ER) advice, ER case management, Complex ER Policy guidance, support for investigations and broader spectrum of reactive employee relations processes and procedures.
**Essential Experience**
- 3-5 years of HR/People & Culture experience, with a strong focus on employee relations case management (e.g., grievances, disciplinaries, underperformance, investigations).
- Proven ability to advise and coach line managers on ER practices and policies.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and handling complex ER cases across different business units.
**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and reporting/analytics tools.
- Skilled in managing ER queries across service tiers and ensuring compliance with SLAs and governance.
- Ability to triage and escalate ER cases appropriately and maintain accurate documentation.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
