**B2B Sales Executive - Corporate & Reward Partnerships (Cookware Division)**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Identify, research, and connect with potential B2B clients including **banks, insurance companies, corporate gifting partners, pharmacies**, and **loyalty platforms**.
- Pitch Igozo products as part of **PWP campaigns**, **reward points catalogs**, **employee incentive gifts**, and **seasonal gifting**.
- Develop tailored proposals and quotations that suit the client’s campaign mechanics.
- Build long-term relationships with procurement, partnership, and marketing teams.
- Track leads, follow up, and **close deals** to meet monthly KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and presentation.
- Maintain a CRM record of outreach and client updates.

**We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in **B2B sales, corporate partnerships**, or **FMCG gifting** is a big plus.
- Strong **presentation and negotiation skills**.
- A self-starter who enjoys **cold-calling** and relationship building.
- Good command of English & Bahasa; Mandarin is an added advantage (for dealing with Chinese corporates/pharmacies).
- Highly organized and target-driven.
- Passionate about consumer products and understands gifting or loyalty market dynamics.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have an existing **network in corporate procurement**, loyalty vendors, or agencies handling reward/redemption programs.
- Previously worked with banks, telcos, or large retail/pharmacy groups (e.g., Health Lane, Guardian, Aeon Wellness).
- Have experience in gifting, branded merchandise, or fast-moving consumer goods.
