**Core Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab Utama**
- Membuat songsongan dengan pihak HQKL sekiranya dimaklumkan tentang pekerja asing.
- Membuat permohonan dengan Jabatan Kewangan untuk peruntukan wang pendahuluan pekerja asing dan lain-lain urusan seterusnya.
- Memaklumkan kepada Jabatan Pentadbiran tentang kehadiran pekerja asing baru untuk tujuan penyediaan asrama dan kelengkapannya.
- Memastikan pekerja asing selamat sampai ke asrama termasuk penyediaan pengangkutan sebagaimana diperlukan.
- Menyediakan dan mengagihkan uniform dan lain-lain kelengkapan yang secukupnya kepada pekerja asing.
- Mengaturkan sesi latihan industri pekerja asing dengan pihak operasi dan unit latihan dalam waktu yang terdekat.
- Menguruskan pembukaan akaun bank untuk pekerja asing dalam waktu terdekat.
- Menguruskan pemeriksaan kesihatan pekerja asing dalam tempoh yang awal dan berurusan dengan Pihak Fomema.
- Memastikan pekerja asing telah melakukan pemeriksaan kesihatan dalam tempoh awal sebelum tamat tempoh yang ditetapkan dan seterusnya menasihati pihak di HQKL dengan keputusan pemeriksaan Fomema.
- Menguruskan penghantaran dokumen pekerja asing kepada pihak HQKL untuk tindakan selanjutnya dalam tempoh awal.
- Membuat senarai semak untuk pekerja asing yang akan dihantar untuk pemeriksaan kesihatan setiap bulan untuk memastikan permit mereka diperbaharui dalam waktu awal sebelum tamat tempoh.
- Menghantar pekerja asing yang sakit ke hospital / klinik sekiranya perlu.
- Menguruskan tuntutan insuran pekerja asing sekiranya mereka ditimpa kemalangan dengan berurusan dengan pihak hospital, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Pihak HQ, Insuran dan lain-lain.
- Menguruskan dan mengatasi masalah sekiranya berlaku kematian atau pergaduhan pekerja asing dengan pihak berkaitan seperti polis dan kedutaan.
- Menguruskan pembelian tiket dan penyediaan pengangkutan untuk penghantaran pulang pekerja asing, termasuk penghantaran ke KLIA atau lapangan terbang yang lain.
- Memaklumkan kepada Jabatan Jabatan Tenaga Kerja terdekat dengan secepatnya tentang ketibaan pekerja asing yang baru.
- Memastikan semua rekod / document pekerja asing berkaitan dengan segala hal adalah lengkap, tetap dan terkini sekiranya diperiksa oleh Pengawai Imegresen, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Polis dan lain-lain.
- Sentiasa berurusan dengan pihak HQKL dalam masa terdekat bagi sebarang hal pekerja asing yang perlu diberi perhatian tindakan selanjutnya dan segala urusan lain berkaitan dengan pekerja asing.
- Mewakili Eksekutif HR sekiranya perlu untuk menyampaikan maklumat kepada pekerja asing.
- Menjalankan tugasan yang diarahkan oleh Eksekutif HR dan pihak atasan bagi memenuhi keperluan syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.

**Spesifikasi Pekerjaan**
- Diploma / Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Sumber Manusia / Pentadbiran atau kajian yang berkaitan.
- Sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) tahun pengalaman yang berkaitan.
- Berpengalaman dalam berurusan dengan FOMEMA, Jabatan Imigresen, JTK atau jabatan kerajaan yang berkaitan dengan pekerja asing adalah kelebihan tambahan untuk jawatan ini.
- Bersungguhan dan berintegriti tinggi dalam menguruskan tugasan yang diberikan.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
