**The work life**:

- Processing customers' request and ensure data accuracy in COFR submission.
- Support any ad hoc request from Sales Team
- To assist with Administration work (including but not limited to Maintain and update customer records, assisting related matter to Order Form, Termination Form etc)
- Obtain Service Information / Reports requested by Sales Team.
- To keep track of daily / monthly submission reports.
- Assist on Overseas Traveling Booking on flight and hotel arrangement.
- Assist to raise eCPR & OTR Submission
- Filing Management.
**All you need**:

- Possess at least a Diploma Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Secretarial or equivalent with 2 years of working experience.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (Advanced user of Excel, especially Mxcros and MS Office Packages).
- Excellent attention to detail, time keeping and organization/co-ordination skills.
- Able to work at pace and quickly adapt to changes and able to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines and use initiative in order to overcome any problems.
