**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform validations and checking on changes require in Flexi Form
- Reconcile monthly payroll, which include salary, OT, incentives, bonuses, allowances, leaves, taxes and various payroll deductions
- Reconciliation on Employee's and Employer's Banking Details
- Request salary fund from HKG Treasury, upload bank file, liaise with bank if payment issue
- Perform all statutory pay related activities.
- Process and accurately report the General Ledger postings of payroll related entries
- Perform validation and reconcile on Year End Activities
- Support Ad-hoc payroll process for special case, example termination and new hire
- Provide update for statutory and legislation to respective country HR.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in a Payroll Processing/ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry with experience in ERP system, knowledge in Workday would be plus.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end on SEA countries payroll processes, tax and employment laws and payroll accounting will highly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas).
- Strong calculation/analytical skills.
- Client management experience or familiar with SLA processes.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; act in an honest and professional manner
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese is essential
