**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Accounting**
- Manage full-set accounts(Manufacturing Account), including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow
- Maintain fixed asset registers.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, including SST.
- Ensure compliance with financial accounting standards..
- Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Liaise with auditors & tax agent.
- Attention to detail, able to accurately handle data and documents.

**HR**
- Process payroll accurately and timely, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and tax regulations related to compensation.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Accountancy/ Degree in Accounting with 3 - 5 years related work experience
- Familiar with accounting software (Autocount) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, compliance requirements, and e-invoicing frameworks.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with international transactions and cross-border financial processes.
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa
- Self-initiative individual & willing to stay updated in accounting, tax, and labour regulations.
- Able to independent learn and work.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 07/21/2025
