**About the Role**
We are looking for a Service Desk Agent who is responsible, disciplined, and open-minded to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the first point of contact for users who need technical assistance, providing efficient and friendly support while maintaining a professional attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Log, monitor, and follow up on all reported incidents to ensure proper closure.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk or service desk support (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Must be able to speak English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Korean, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership of tasks.
- Open-minded, proactive, and able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Able to work 5 days a week in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
