**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Significant knowledge and experience in HR practices and policies., Knowledge in Malaysia employment legislation., Would be an advantage to have worked in ISO 9001 environment.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Responsible to provide the full spectrum of HR functions such as staffing, recruitment activities, compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management, leave management, disciplinary and counselling, employee relation and other HR functions.
1. Plan and implement the overall recruitment process (from sourcing, screening, interviewing to hiring)
2. Set up and implement performance Management system
3. Handle matters concerning staffs disciplinary, misconduct investigation and conducting domestic inquiry when necessary
4. Manage staff welfare, annual appraisal and evaluation and year-end bonus pay out
5. Ensuring employee employees welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment contract
6. Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by Management/HOD from time to time
