HR Executive

Responsible and assist of the Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll, administration, and any other HR related matters.
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
- Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Update and maintain employee data/personal files (hard & soft copy) in system based on employee actual data and document.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Responsible in administrative matters.
- Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin field is required for this position.
- Must have good communication skills and excellent organization skills
- Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Payroll, Administration, Training & Recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Working day : 5.5 Days Mon - Sat (Sat halfday), Sun offday
- Working Location: Taman Scientex, Pasir Gudang
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
