**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Management**:

- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Handle payroll adjustments, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and filings to relevant authorities.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and leave balances.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including document preparation and orientation.
- Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, increment letters, and exit formalities.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and company events.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure HR and payroll processes align with Malaysian labor laws.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports for management.
- Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and enhance payroll and HR administrative processes.
- Implement best practices for accuracy and efficiency in payroll management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of payroll experience**.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of **SQL Payroll** and **Autocount Payroll** systems is a bonus.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll software is advantageous.
- Certification in HR or payroll management is a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible working arrangements available).
