HR and Admin Assistant

To assist and ensure smooth and efficient day to day HR operations
- To support and assist in all recruitment process
- To prepare HR correspondence such as appointment letter, staff movement letters
- To coordinate with outlets on HR record such as leaves form, time card and other HR related documents
- To ensure HR database and staff documents are properly updated and file accordingly
- To assist in handling basic grievance/disciplinary cases
- To conduct orientation program to new employees
- To provide general administrative support to office and outlets/staff hostel facilities/equipment maintenance work and general repair.
- Other duties as assigned by superior
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
