1. Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
2. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
3. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms,

7. Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance policies
8. Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
10. Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective
measures for them
11. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination
12. Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval
13. Organising training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform
their duties.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
