- **Performance management**
: You might be involved in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, conducting evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
- **Compensation and benefits**
: You could play a role in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Policy developemnt and compliance**
: You may contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with labor laws and regulations.
- **Training and development**
: You might coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives.
- **HR administration**
: You may handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR-related documentation.
**Requirement**
- Able to start work immediately would be added advantage
- Possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR/Administration or related field
- Knowledge of HR ppolicies, procedures, and labor laws
