**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee personal files in both physical and digital formats
- Ensure all employee documentation (contracts, identification, certificates, etc.) is complete and properly filed
- Track employee’s contract expiration dates and prepare for contract renewal
- Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding processes
- Support audits and HR compliance checks by ensuring proper documentation is available and accessible based on ISO9110 requirement.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information
- To notify HR for issuance of Termination and End Contract letter
- Prepare agreement for LHDN stamping
- Support any ad hoc task as required by superior
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma in Business Administration, HR management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
**Preferred Skills**:
- Ability to multitask
- Team player with a proactive attitude
**Able to start immediately will be advantagerous.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
