This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient HRDC operation of the taxPOD platform.
- Maintain and update filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
- Perform general HRDC administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clients records and HRDC databases.
- Staying updated on HRDC laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Identifying opportunities for improving HRDC processes and practices.
- Participating in HRDC projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall HRDC effectiveness and efficiency.
- To perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Preferably with 2 -3 years experience as an administrative officer, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
