In this role, you will support in representing the Country President in communication/ responses to different stakeholders, booking meetings, maintaining documentation, establishes systems and structures for day to day functioning of responsibilities as well as leading the significant functional area within Safety, Health and Environment for the organisation.
**Role responsibilities**
**Personal Assistant**
- Responds on behalf of the CP to different stakeholders and maintains high professional standards.
- Applies appropriate judgement when handling matters of confidentiality
- Accurately transcribes, types, formats, and proof reads a wide variety of material (for example correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations)
- Coordinate and prepare documents/materials for internal and external meetings / conferences so that they run smoothly, including scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available
- Performs other administrative tasks using independent judgement and discretion
- Coaches and mentors less experienced secretarial help desk staff to help them resolve problems and responds to complex or escalated enquiries from other PA/secretarial staff
**Essential Requirements**
- You should have Bachelor Degree in any field and have prior experience of an Personal Assistant
- Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/business support and Safety, Health and Environment
- Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems
- Well written and spoken communications
- Good stakeholder engagement and judgment when dealing with confidential matters
