**Responsibilities**:

- carry out assigned secretarial and administrative duties to support EXCO
- Responsible for office supplies procurement matters including sourcing for vendors, negotiation of rates and checking of quality.
- Manage the cleanliness of the office through supervising the office cleaner (jointly with Admin Manager)
- Responsible for certain assigned Sales and Marketing tasks.
- Work with other departments to organize any company-wide or staff's events
- Support the customer services department on need.
- Any other tasks as and when necessary.
